Position Summary
The Partner Sales Strategy & Operations will be a key leader driving the growth and productivity of the Global Partner Sales Team This role requires strong cross-functional leadership to deliver on a GTM strategy across channel and direct sales. You should have a proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to do what it takes to make the company successful.
Responsibilities
- Manage weekly cadence of partner sales forecasting, lead generation, reporting, and analytics for Kore.ai’s global partner program.
- Lead a significant portfolio of high impact, cross functional projects delivering operational excellence across process, systems, and customer/partner experience.
- Proactively manage Rules of Engagement and the partner sales process
- Lead partner compensation programs and operationalize quarterly partner incentives
- Lead territory planning, quota setting, and partner assignment and coverage models
- Identify areas for opportunity, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights to drive growth
- Work with cross functional teams to optimize the sales flow and enable deal delivery
- Participate in the development and execution of the annual operating plan
- Develop partner manager retention and productivity initiatives
- Play a key role in go to market planning and execution
- Drive new initiatives that will increase the growth of partner sales
- Develop the Partner ops team for scale along with process and system enhancements
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of partner payments and commission
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of previous experience supporting global partner program within SaaS, CCAAS or UCAAS company required.
- Strong knowledge of operational areas of partner program (reporting, planning, quota setting, AOP, retention, process development & enhancement, compensation, etc) required.
- Heavy experience and proficiency in creating, managing, analyzing reports in IMPartners portal & HubSpot required, Tableau preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, develop relationships and interact with all organizational levels.
- Strong project management skills with attention to deadlines and details.
- Resourceful and efficient problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and analytical mindset.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business technology or a related degree preferred.
LOCATION: Remote US
Depending on specific professional experience and geographical location of individuals, the annual salary for this position ranges from $140,000 – $150,000. Additional wage/bonus/commission and benefit details will be shared during the formal interview process for this full-time employment opportunity.
