PATIENT/CLIENT REFERRAL SPECIALIST – Remote Contract

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care of Spartanburg, SC provides affordable 24/7 non-medical care services to adults age 18 – up. Some of our services and “not” limited to just the followings are:

· Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care
· Assistance with bathing & grooming
· Transportation to medical appointments & errands
· Grocery shopping and meal preparation
· Light housekeeping
· After surgery care
· Other recovery care
· Medication reminders
· More

QUALIFICATIONS
Perfect opportunity for people who are RN, LPN, CNA, PCA, HHA, Social Workers, Case Managers, and others who are working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospice care, physical & occupational therapy facilities, hospitals, medical clinics, and more! Because you are already working with patients/clients, senior citizens, or families that may be looking for in-home care services, just simply pass our information along. When a patient/client signed for our services, we pay you!

WORK HOURS
· Set your own hours
· Only work when you want to

W2 EMPLOYEE OR 1099 CONTRACT
· At the end of the year, we’ll give you a 1099

PAY
· $100 - $1,000 (You will get paid when a client signed for care services)
· Your pay depends on hours and/or part-time, full-time or 24/7 care the client signed for
· Example: Client signed for 15/hr/wk, min 4/wk, we will pay you $100.00

HOW TO REFER A PATIENT/CLIENT
Inform the patient/client about our company and the services we provide. Give our brochures and/or business cards to the client. Kindly ask the client to detail to us that “you” are the one that gave our information to her. We will pay you when she signed with us!
