Patient Services Coordinator

Open position will work weekday evenings approximately 2 pm to 1030 pm along with weekend shifts that range from 6 am - 1030 pm to total 40 hours per week.

Shifts will be scheduled in advance but my vary based on need.

Pay ranges from $12/hr - $14/hr based on experience

Level I Coordinators will train in all of the following areas:

Answer phones and take orders for services.

Assign and coordinate with technologists for completion of services.

Verify reports, phone, and fax report results to facilities.

Communicate with radiology groups to ensure proper turnaround times and troubleshoot errors.

Respond to phone, fax, and Skype communications.

Keep accurate documentation of services performed.

Maintain and follow technologist schedules.

Communicate any updates with technologists and tech supervisors

Maintain company property, including computers, phones, equipment, and supplies as though it were your own.

Be professional in actions, communication and personal appearance.

Other duties as assigned.
