About the Job
We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is an impactful role that will provide a broad range of support, focused primarily on a favorable employee experience, a strong company culture, and supporting a variety of People Ops administrative needs. This person will have touch points throughout the employee lifecycle and provide administrative support across the People Ops functions.
What You Will Be Doing
- People Ops administrative support - data changes and validation, ad hoc reporting, personnel letters, performance documentation, and maintenance of employee files
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees (ticketing, new hire enrollments and paperwork, system setup, exit interviews, etc.)
- Support of various People Ops platforms, such as the HRIS system, the ATS, and survey platforms
- Document, maintain, and improve upon various HR processes
- Provide support on annual projects such as performance reviews and training sessions
- Liaise with IT, Finance, and Administrative Services on people-related needs
- Coordinate with Admin Services on company-wide culture activities

- 5+ years of experience in people operations, HR, project management, or administrative roles preferred
