Precision Ag Support Specialist

AFS Specialist Position: Work within the Precision Farming department to meet customer's needs in data management and technology solutions.

Stoller International is looking for an individual with a drive to meet the customers' needs. This position specifically is for Precision Farming technology and will be working in a hybrid position with technicians and other AFS Specialists. The individual that we are seeking is a self-motivated problem solver and customer service representative. AFS Specialist Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and perform repairs of the precision components on farm equipment efficiently and effectively as assigned by management
• Work with other AFS Specialists to collect, process, and apply data as customers' needs see fit
• Complete all work orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure every customer is satisfied with the hardware and software products and services
• Keep a professional appearance and attitude
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles and service them when needed
• Work in a team environment with not only our Technology division but also with Stoller International as a whole
• Perform other duties as assigned

AFS Specialist Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this job as described are ones that the individual must be able to accomplish to successfully perform this job.

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license
• Able to climb a ladder
• Able to operate equipment as necessary
• Able to be on one's feet for extended periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Herscher, IL 60941: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Farming: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
