Process Analyst (Remote)

Full time, US,LATAM, APAC, or EMEA regions
As the Process Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing the company and customer business needs, processes, data analysis, and recommending solutions to improve standard operating procedures. This may be accomplished through one-off assignments or by participating in managed projects. At times you may function as a project manager. Key functional responsibilities include research, user-experience documentation, journey mapping, requirements gathering, process documentation, and user acceptance testing.
As a Process Analyst, you will

• Track and report on performance against the key company operating metrics, providing analysis with recommendation
• Take abstract or brainstorming feedback and develop a solution
• Create and maintain process flows for the business
• Conduct needs assessments where appropriate by collecting information pertaining to procedures, configuration, technologies, and workflows
• Determine requirements through research and testing while documenting the journey document user-experience requirements and create workflows to support business needs

About you

• Ability to demonstrate personal & organizational integrity
• Capable of problem solving - anticipating, analyzing, and resolving issues at both a strategic and functional level
• Follow through on goals, plans, and projects
• Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize duties and tasks based on urgency
• Knowledge in GDS Sabre
• Strong command of English language
