ALSI, a youth leadership and service organization, is seeking a Regional Program Associate to play a pivotal role in our mission to prepare future leaders. As a Regional Program Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our programs across multiple locations, ensuring character development and professional empowerment for the youth we serve.

Collaborating closely with program coordinators and volunteers, you will lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of initiatives that provide leadership and service opportunities for young individuals. With a focus on fostering robust leaders, you will mentor and inspire youth to make a positive impact on the world.

➜ You shall develop and implement regional program strategies to meet organizational goals.

➜ We expect you to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of regional programs and events.

➜ You will establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including schools, community organizations, and local authorities.

➜ We expect you to collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of program objectives and outcomes.

➜ We expect you to evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.

➜ You will manage the regional program budget, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.

REMOTE POSITION

This position will be completely remote. Occasional paid for business trips to either Los Angeles, CA or Chicago, IL (our headquarters) may occur at the expense of the organization.
