Description
We’re looking for a Program Manager to support Meta AI’s mission to advance AI for a more connected world. As a Program Manager, your job will be to design, build and implement systems and processes for Meta AI’s programs and initiatives. In this role, you will actively engage with Program Managers, Research Scientists, Legal, and other internal and external stakeholders to develop systems and processes and help execute programs to completion.The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience and proven communication skills.
Program Manager, AI Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and report data to enable programs, collaborations, and partnerships
- Create and communicate detailed project plans and status updates
- Build tracking tools to manage budget, timelines, workflow
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and implement process and tool improvements and increase efficiency
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- Experience organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks while managing time effectively
- Proven communication skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented problem solver
- Proven technical skills in Google suite (docs, sheets, etc)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years program/project management experience
- Experience in creating and sustaining relationships with both technical and non-technical audiences
