We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Program Manager (PM) to join our team, supporting a critical client initiative. This is a full time, Salaried position with great benefits, working 100 % remotely in the U.S. The PM will oversee a team of remote business tax professionals supporting individual and SMB customers through scheduled calls. Prior experience managing a remote team where you were the POC to a customer is required.
Salary: $80,000
Travel: Position is remote, in the U.S. travel is not anticipated in the position
Core accountabilities:
- Manage a remote team of U.S. based business tax professionals to deliver World class services to SMB customers
- Act as the primary POC in servicing the customer, navigating the landscape between client and outsourced partner
- The OM will implement the operational framework used to stand up a new program and ensure team attainment of all SLA’s and KPI’s
- Onboard new hires, support them to ensure delivery of top box service with every customer interaction
- Keep team morale high, reduce attrition, and drive innovations to improve team performance
- Ensure team members maximize their potentials by providing coaching as needed
- Implement business policy updates through training and change control processes
- Ensure team compliance through audits of expense reporting and required approvals
- Analyze daily/weekly/monthly performance management data
The experience you need to thrive in the role:
- Standing up a new program from pilot to run state with limited supervision
- 3 years Program Operations Management, supporting remote teams of 15+
- Managing client relationships as the primary POC
- Scaling new programs from pilot to run state, and meeting targeted milestones and deliverables
- Developing and implementing process improvements for remote teams
- Motivational leader who inspires and helps team members improve their performance by coaching and supporting them day in and day out
- History of innovation where you can illustrate real world examples of your impact to an organization and the associated benefits of these contributions
- Highly organized, a hawkish eye for attention to detail
