As an Account Coordinator, you'll be the key contact for both our clients and internal teams. We're looking for someone who is proactive, positive, and passionate about helping others. You'll also be highly skilled in communication, offer great customer service, and have exceptional time management, and project management skills.
You'll be responsible for several accounts, where you will commit to building long term relationships with clients, developing awesome marketing strategies, and collaborating with our design, Salesforce, Pardot, and development teams to execute on client projects. Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients on project requests, ensuring on-going client happiness and satisfaction
- Manage client projects and ensure timely completion of projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients based on trust and respect
- Handle client complaints and concerns with ease and grace
- Display empathy and emotional intelligence
- Collaborate with and clearly communicate clients' goals and needs with internal teams
- Maintain documentation of client sessions and processes

- High level of efficiency and accuracy (very detail oriented)
