About the role
The purpose of this position is to lead individual, multi-disciplined real estate project solutions for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery.

What you’ll do
- Working within an established program for a single client, manage small to high scale capital improvement projects related to branch renovations and smaller scale one-of projects, for the client’s national portfolio of buildings.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with local leadership and contractors.
- Enforce protocols and procedures to maintain compliance with client’s company standards.
- Ensure a strong level of responsiveness to urgent and emergency project requests.
- Manage internal and external relationships supporting the client’s Centralized Facilities Management program.
- Facilitate regular meetings with contractors and/or stakeholders to review status updates and collaborate to develop solutions.
- Gauge relationships accordingly by considering the variety of the interrelationships and goals of the members of the organizations served.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically to overcome short-term gaps necessary to meet long-term goals.
What you’ll need
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- 3+ years of Project Management experience.
- Microsoft Project software experience preferred.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Project Manager position is $95,000/year and the maximum salary of $115,000/year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
