Job Summary:
The Project Manager will be embedded with one of Pinkerton's enterprise clients. This role oversees all aspects of the global security project portfolio including but not limited to the planning, scope, timelines, stakeholder communication, execution, lessons learned, best practices, and management of project team members. The role requires in-depth project management and intelligence-related experience, in order to successfully execute complex global programs. This position will have a remote work schedule and can be located anywhere within the United States.
Essential Functions:
- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Oversee the client's global safety and security's project portfolio.
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project goals, objectives, and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, including project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, senior management, and leadership.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and processes, and seek continuous opportunities for improvement.
- Supports management through project planning and coordination to meet commitments on time and within resource limitations.
- Coordinate client and management approval and assist with the determination of requirements, priorities, and progress statuses.
- Conduct comprehensive project reviews and identify lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
- Manage a team of project managers and coordinators.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders and ensure alignment and management of expectations.
- Foster strong cross functional partnerships and able to effectively prioritize workload demands to meet project deadlines.
- Design, develop, proof and edit communications, best practice documents, resource tools, and project coordination documents.
- Oversee and organize departmental information and project artifacts.
- Manage and execute departmental communication management strategies and support internal business reporting frameworks.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree with four or more years of project management and intelligence experience within a regional or global corporate security environment. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer that seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

- PMP or equivalent project management certificate, strongly preferred.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines.

- Computer skills; Microsoft Office and Smartsheet.

Salary & Benefits Information:
Rate of pay: $150000 / year.
