Job Summary
The Coordinator will be a core member of Prospect Management & Analytics within the Office of Institutional Advancement (IA), assisting with daily functions including data maintenance, reporting, and prospective donor research projects.
This team is responsible for the design, execution, and continuous improvement of Drexel's prospect management system, including policies and procedures; gift officer portfolio reviews; related analytics projects and reports; identifying and receiving leads; fulfilling routine fundraising unit requests; and upholding record integrity in the constituent database.
Essential Functions
- Maintain "moves management" data in the Advance database by creating prospect records, entering the appropriate stage and classification, making prospect manager assignments, and assisting with data integrity audits.
- Provide reports as requested on prospect management data, such as individual or collective gift officer prospect pools, including analyses of portfolio size and activity.
- Work with Co-ops and student employees in reviewing data.
- Assist with the maintenance of policies and procedures and serve as a resource for questions regarding Prospect Management policies and procedures.
- Assist with the monthly referral report and other research projects that involve identifying entities in the Advance database; using online databases to find information; and compiling data in spreadsheets.

- Provide administrative functions such as meeting scheduling and document preparation.
- Assist with other tasks/functions requiring data entry.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience or Equivalent combination of both.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, particularly around financial, professional and/or confidential information.
- Proven skills in organization, listening.
- Ability to function as a team player.
