POSITION TITLE: Quality Assurance Specialist (Christian Pro-Life Organization)

CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

TYPE: Part Time – Weekdays (Flexible Hours) - Remote

Reports to: Quality Assurance Lead

Start Date: 8/21/23 - 8/30/23

Summary: As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will listen to the recorded incoming calls checking the data in the file to ensure that they meet compliance standards in efforts to help Human Coalition achieve its mission of existing to rescue children and serve families across America. Human Coalition is an innovative, energetic, compassion-driven non-profit organization with the purpose to end abortion.

Essential Functions:

• Listen to inbound calls and flag the calls for any incorrect information
• Complete the call list for scheduled days worked within a 24–48-hour time frame
• Complete the correct outcome of the call
• Be willing to communicate with manager and lead in a timely manner

Minimum Qualification

• Passionately aligned with the mission and vision of Human Coalition
• Listening skills
• Self-motivated
• Able to work with minimal supervision

Education and Experience

• Background in prolife, crisis center helpful
