What does a Quality Assurance Specialist at PRC do?

We have interviewers/agents that conduct inbound and outbound calls for various projects centered around healthcare.

The Quality Assurance Specialist monitors agent calls for quality, ensuring that training guidelines are being met.

More specifically, they…

• Can work well in a team and effectively interact with others.
• Are punctual and report to work as scheduled
• May work onsite or remote.

What does a Quality Assurance Specialist at PRC need?

Knowledge

• High school diploma, or equivalent required.
• Previous experience working in a call center is preferred but not required.

Skills and Abilities

• Possess excellent Communication skills including active listening and the ability to clearly convey information verbally or in writing
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Discreet and trustworthy.
• Polite, professional, and courteous
• Ability to learn and use several computer programs.
