What's the Role?
Quality Control Specialist (QCS) is responsible for re-verifying key borrower and loan file components. This will include but is not limited to: Verification of Employment/Income, Verification of Deposit, CPA Letters, Tax Returns, Gift Letters, Verification of Rent, Verification of Mortgage, and Credit Reference Letters. The (QCS) will not review or evaluate the re-verification received. Re-verifications may be ordered via written, electronic, or verbal attempts.
Qualifications:
- Basic mortgage documentation knowledge
- Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Good phone skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Encompass Knowledge Preferred
- ACES software Knowledge Preferred
- Compensation $35,000-$40,000k annually
