Description
IQVIA/MedTech, partners with medical device and diagnostic manufacturers, offering tech-enabled, outsourced commercial service teams and technologies. Position Overview:
This role is responsible for coordinating contact to key customers on medical device recalls.
This person is responsible for supporting voluntary product recalls. This person will own contacting affected customers, providing that customer with the upgrade, troubleshooting, and appropriately documenting their work.
This position is a remote, work from home opportunity. Must be located within the United States.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Education: Preferred but not required – High School Diploma/GED/AA
- Customer service or other related experience
- Polite, professional phone demeanor
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow direction
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- Prior recall experience preferred
- Strong technical software skills
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to notify potentially affected facilities
- Maintain appropriate level of confidentiality and a high level of professionalism
- Adhere to provided script and messaging protocols
- Data entry and management within provided database
- Strong documentation skills
- Provide customer feedback to corporate teams
Compensation:
Begins at $20/hr
