Description
Location – Remote: US, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica
Talent Table is a staffing solutions company located in the San Francisco Bay Area specializing in Creative, Marketing and IT placements. We are looking for a remote full-time Administrative Assistant to support our HR team in our day to day business. This job is 100% remote and may be located in the US or out of the US within a 3 hour time zone from Pacific Time. This job is full-time, Monday thru Friday 9:00am-5:30pm PST. This is an ongoing contractual position slated to start immediately.
About the role:
You will be our point person for administrative help, supporting our Human Resources department.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with new employee pre-screening requirements
- Coordinates departmental and companywide event planning
- Assists with HR reporting requests
- Assists with employee on-boarding and off-boarding tasks
- Prepare pertinent employee communications
- Provide back-up support to the Recruiting Coordinator and HR team
- Attends and taking minutes at department meetings
- Provides administrative support to human resources function by creating new hire offer packets, maintaining employee files, including personnel files, medical files, applicant files and update the HRIS database
- Creates and updates Human Resources and facility reports and spreadsheets as needed.
- Sets appointments and arranging meetings, as needed
- Various other administrative duties, as assigned
About you:
You must be able to work independently and be well organized as this position is offsite. We are looking for a motivated individual with a proven track record in office administration and an expert in Microsoft Office. Your best assets are your follow up skills, attention to detail and ability to problem-solve. Must have excellent communication and writing skills.
