Job summary
The Regional Account Manager will be accountable for regional business development efforts via commercial accounts prospecting, negotiating and closing agreements/contracts, program implementation, reporting and strategic account management to grow the business. The Regional Accounts Manager will work with select franchise owners, regional commercial prospects and national commercial clients to build, grow and maintain long-term, profitable relationships within the key commercial account vertical markets within their designated region.
You will
- Work with the SERVPRO franchise community to identify top regional target accounts.
- Lead target account execution efforts using business development process.
- Conference with targeted regional client contacts to establish new regional programs and maintain existing programs.
- Follow objective-to-objective selling process.
- Utilize contact record management (CRM) management system to document client & franchise community engagements.
- Assist with program implementation for all new commercial clients within designated region.
- Maximize account opportunities (leads, jobs, and revenue) by facilitating subregional and local relationships with the franchise community.
- Mentor franchise personnel within region in order to improve client relationships throughout the region.
- Communicate activities and results, reviewing the marketing progress of designated region (i.e. annual report, state of the regions).
- Define and execute a written action plan (regional quarterly plan) including target accounts, client recall, new program implementation, and franchise communication tactics.
- Present progress and clarify the vision of Commercial Regional Accounts at franchise area meetings.
- Commercial Accounts Coordinator relationship development.
- National/regional trade show participation.
You have
- Minimum five years seasoned relationship-based sales/marketing experience required and claims management and/or commercial sales experience a plus.
- National or regional level and high dollar sales.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Communications skills.
- Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM proficiency.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Managing long sales cycle campaigns.
- Closing.
- Relationship building.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing and/or Related Degree).
- Candidates must reside in the Central market.
- Ability to travel extensively by automobile and/or airplane, must have valid driver’s license.
