The Team

Within this role you will work closely with the payor and pricing analytics group to perform pricing reviews and implementations by modeling payor reimbursement information and providing relevant insights for decision making.

You Will Be

• Reviewing, analyzing, and documenting payor contract information to perform reimbursement modeling for customer projects
• Managing one or more projects with varying deliverables and timelines
• Understanding current processes and identify areas for improvement to policies and procedures
• Collaborating with team members for successful project implementation, training, and support
• Performing education and training to customers on product functionality and best practice policies
• Ensuring integrity of existing products always remains intact while maintaining customer satisfaction when product enhancements are being implemented.
• Consulting with VP Payor and Pricing Analytics and Reimbursement Manager to create and apply plans to overcome barriers to accurate reimbursement modelling.
• Reviewing reimbursement modelling, cleansing and analysis as needed for product design and future enhancements.
• Troubleshooting to resolve complex customer issues to help drive customer satisfaction.
• Assisting development of FAQs, tool glossaries, training, and starter pack materials for customers.

You Will Bring

• Educated to Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree preferred
• 0-2 years’ experience in healthcare reimbursement in acute hospital care
• Basic knowledge with analytics, data science, and business intelligence tools
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills including presentation skills.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Strong analytical skills the ability to draw conclusions based on data
• Strong collaboration skills
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Highly accountable and results oriented
• Demonstrates project management skills
• Ability to educate, train and mentor internal and external stakeholders
