Responsible for Lendbuzz's vehicle remarketing processes with dealership partners that support the overall corporate goals of maximizing proceeds, reducing inventory turn time, and residual value loss mitigation. This includes, but is not limited to, inventory and transportation oversight, inspection process oversight, and pre-sale prep and post-sale reporting. This role is fully remote. This role reports to our Remarketing Partnerships Manager.
Responsibilities
- Own all remarketing activities related to dealerships participating in Lendbuzz’s recourse/Partnership program
- Arrange vehicle transports to dealerships
- Request vehicle keys
- Request titles
- Track market values for vehicles in dealership inventory
- Foster and maintain relationships with key dealership personnel regarding inventory and sales activity
- Generate and distribute sale agreements to dealerships
- Track and collect dealership sale proceeds to ensure payments are remitted on time
- Maintain spreadsheets for tracking inventory of repossessed vehicles
- Ensure that all vehicles are priced and available for sale in accordance to department KPIs to reduce inventory turn
Experience/Skills
- Outstanding and confident oral and written communication skills
- Commitment to excellence
- Attention to detail
- Experience in an automotive dealership environment, wholesaler, or remarketing experience preferred
