Description
Are you driven to provide exceptional customer service? Call Control is looking to bring on board, several new team members!
It?s time to break up with your typical 9-5. We are looking for individuals that break the customer service barriers and are willing to help us succeed in breaking the call center norm.
5-day work week, 25 hours per week, one weekday and Sunday off.
*Mondays and Saturdays mandatory*
Job Duties:
- Receive inbound calls on behalf of dealership clients and assist customers.
- Schedule service appointments and answer basic inquiries as needed.
- Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while communicating with customers.
- Gather and update customer and vehicle information.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives for follow-up calls.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a team-based environment.
- Conduct outbound calls following a pre-designed script (service/sales follow-up).
- Strictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.
