Description
A multi-family real estate company is seeking a Remote Executive Assistant to join their team! This part-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely while assisting in administrative tasks, scheduling, communication and document management. The position has the chance to grow into a full-time role, with the potential for a hybrid arrangement based in San Diego, CA. Pay Range: $22 - $28/hr DOE
Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and reminders for internal and external stakeholders
- Follow up with investors and partners through email and phone communication
- Manage paperwork, file signed documents, and organize digital files using Dropbox
- Assist with invoice preparation and submission, ensuring accuracy and alignment with projects
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Maintain open communication and coordination with team members
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working as an administrative assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
- Must be local to San Diego, CA
