Remote Human Resources Specialist (1 year HR experience required)

The Panther Group's higher education client is seeking an entry level HR Specialist to join their team for a fully REMOTE contract role in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and will be able to work well with others as well as 1+ years' experience within human resources.

HR Specialist Job Duties:

• Answer phone calls and resolve ServiceNow tickets
• Review and approve appropriate operational business processes in Workday
• The Specialist provides expertise to users in all areas of transaction process building capabilities and helping users become more skilled and self-sufficient

HR Specialist Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience working in Human Resources or related field (Education preferred but not required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 per hour
