Position Title: Jr. Analyst Consumer Insights & Research - Part-time Remote Position

Pay: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour

Job Description:

• The Consumer Insights and Research team focuses on providing insights from customer feedback to drive strategy and growth.
• The Jr. Analyst will be responsible for analyzing survey data, creating reports, coding verbatim comments, and supporting consumer insights projects.
• This role also involves system administrator tasks for maintaining the Voice of the Customer survey platform.
• The Jr. Analyst will need to provide support to the leadership team for major launches and projects.
• The position requires strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• The Jr. Analyst will need to create insightful reports and dashboards, assess qualitative data for trends, and tell a compelling story with data.
• This role may include working less than 20 hours per week and might be hybrid (partially remote and partially in Orlando, FL), open to remote work, and requires availability during EST hours.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of consumer insights/market research experience is required.
• Unrestricted work authorization in the United States is necessary for consideration.

Requirements:

• Contract role with potential for extension.
• Part-time work, potentially fewer than 20 hours per week.
• Preference for hybrid work in Orlando, FL, but open to remote work.
• Must work during EST hours.
• Requires 3-5 years of consumer insights/market research experience.
• Detail-oriented, professional, and strategic mindset is essential.
• Real-world work experience is required.
