REMOTE Legal Intake Specialist

Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group has partnered with a national firm searching for a REMOTE Legal Intake Specialist who communicates with clients through text, email, and phone, gathers information about a specific campaign, and closes the intake process. Equipment Provided by the Firm

Responsibilities:

• Process client intake per protocols via text, email, and phone.
• Obtain pertinent information from clients courteously and professionally.
• Ensures all admission forms are properly signed and completed.
• Meet expectations and quotas for completing texts, emails, and calls.
• Report client conflicts or process quality issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Minimum 1 year experience working as an intake agent in the legal industry.
• Experience in enrolling Medicare, or supplemental health insurance experience will be considered.
• Experience with mass tort claims or sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in typing.
• Ability to follow instructions and use critical thinking to screen potential claims with direction.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume practice and take initiative
• Home office or workspace with high-speed internet connection
