We have an exciting opportunity for two Customer Service Guru'sto support the Remote Monitoring team as they enter a growth phase. Your role is central to ensuring seamless operations and unparalleled customer experiences.
As a member of the remote monitoring customer service team you are responsible for delivering high quality and professional telephone and administrative duties such as bookings, patient queries, monitor troubleshooting and consenting. These tasks are to be performed with a caring, professional, and timely efficiency that reflects our company values.
What you’ll do:
- First point of contact for all patient enquiries, bookings and enrolments
- Proficiently manage administrative duties
- Oversee electronic medical records, remote monitoring patient management systems, and other computer technology
anage the follow up procedure of cardiac devices (e.g. pacemakers) including disconnected monitors.
Who you are:
- Previous customer service experience is highly desirable with an ability to respond sensitively to patient and referrer needs.
- Sales experience is desirable
- Experience with medical records software is desirable
- Ability to time manage, learn quickly and prioritise tasks
- The ability to work under pressure and respond to fluctuating workflow and internal/external demands
- Ability to work independently from a remote location.
