Description
A small, high-volume office-based sales and distribution company headquartered in the Midwest is looking for an extremely fast-learner capable of working in a remote setting as a Full-Time Support Service Representative. This is not a call center position. Normal in-office business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8am – 4:30pm CST, and all remote team members will be required to work within these hours. Candidate does not need to reside in state where company is located.
As a member of our team, you will assist our customers via email and phone. Tasks may include, but are not limited to: processing customer orders, assisting our suppliers by working as a liaison with our customers, receive and address any problems that may arise, respond to general inquiries, and assist fellow team members as needed. As a result, the candidate must be able to work independently, handle frequent incoming phone and complex electronic orders from customers, as well as other miscellaneous requirements for customers and suppliers.

At a minimum, these are all standards candidates should be prepared to answer and provide examples of in any subsequent interview.
Required Qualifications:
- Basic Computer & Phone Skills
- A familiarity in standard Microsoft Office products such as, Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
- Minimum experience using QuickBooks
- Be able to work in a remote setting independently and productively
