BSN SPORTS is hiring a Returns/Replacements Specialist to join our team and serve on the front line in one of the most dynamic industries in the world: sports. As a part of the BSN Team, your work will have an impact on so many individuals from youth leagues and schools to corporate offices by increasing pride and community spirit.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm/8:00-5:00pm (Central Time)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Returns/Replacements is that they are a specialty customer service team focused on return/replacement process, entry, and follow-up. The team receives various requests from customers, sales pros, and CSRs. They gather the provided information to create returns/replacements both correctly, and efficiently.
• Receiving and processing requests from customers, Sales Pros and Customer Service Representatives regarding returned product or replacement products needing to be provided.
• Following a return/replacement order from processing through invoicing
• Responsible for all returns/replacements for assigned sales pro-s
• Managing sales reports for orders processed requiring returns
• Responsible for communicating issues between sales and other departments
• Responsible for keeping an open communication with vendors
• Checking stock, tracking product and speaking directly with customers

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum 1-2 years previous customer service experience
• Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong outgoing personality with a passion for working with an outside sales professional
• Must have strong product knowledge with excellent communication and follow up skills
• Must be detail-oriented and possess strong multi-tasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP experience (preferred)

The pay rate for this role is $17.30 per hour.
