Sales Associate Position

Job description

We're looking for a sales associates and sales representatives to oversee the purchasing and sale of company products. As a sales associate, you should have excellent communication skills to deal with outside clients. You will have to plan and organize sales of products in accordance with company standards, while negotiating contracts with. Training Included and Offered.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct operations of sales and marketing staff, including sales force design, actual sales force deployment, forecasting and budgeting.
• Set sales and profit goals; forecast, plan and schedule required sales activities; monitor results against these plans to improve performance upon attainment of goals.
• Recommend new approaches or modifications to existing methods to meet changing needs.
• Develop and lead a sales team through effective planning, training, motivation and problem solving.
• Liaise with departments such as marketing, customer service, research and development to improve customer service levels.
• Support all operational areas of the business through effective communication, planning and monitoring of financial resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies that deliver the company's vision.
• Negotiate prices and terms with customers; resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
