Sales Director

We are seeking for a high-performance Sales Director. The company offers a competitive base salary and commission structure. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

The Sales Director’s responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. The sales directors’ duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customers trends.

Responsibilities

• Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Partner with customers to understand their spoken and unspoken business needs and objectives
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
• Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
• Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

Requirements

• 5+ years sales experience, meeting, or exceeding targets, preferably supplying textile products to mattress/furniture manufacturers
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to position products versus competitors
• Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent. Excellent advancement opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,193.00 - $94,168.58 per year
