- This Seasonal position requires availability to be scheduled a minimum of 4 hours per shift, 4 days per week and every other weekend. Schedules vary weekly, with the biggest need for availability between 9:00AM to 7:00PM.

- Duluth Trading Company provides the computer, phone, headset, keyboard, and mouse.
- You will be responsible for high speed internet, a quiet home office, and a computer monitor.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming calls promptly, providing world-class service and exceeding customer expectations while capturing all customer information accurately.
- Respond accurately and enthusiastically to inquiries about products, pricing, and more in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle customer issues such as defective items, lost orders, refunds, and shipping information with innovative solutions and expertly assist customers with shopping and product inquiries on the Duluth Trading website.
- Communicate sales, promotions, and apply price adjustments and shipping credits to customer accounts.
- Track packages through Duluth Trading Company's chosen shipper.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, pricing, shipping policies, and return procedures.
- Participate in training programs to enhance performance and meet key performance metrics as a CSR - Tier 1.
- Perform offline duties and special assignments as directed by leadership or workforce teams.

- Familiarity with contact center software and tools.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays.
