Summary:
The Integrated business Planning team (IBP) within Pratt & Whitney is a rapidly growing organization established to assess the demand and output capacity of the entire P&W operations and supply chain network. Major functions of the IBP organization are Demand & supply Management, Network Capacity, Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SI&OP), and Master Scheduling.
The Supply Planning team is looking for an analytical, goal oriented individual to execute materials planning processes. The successful candidate is customer-focused and motivated to work in a dynamic and highly interactive work environment that connects the P&W value stream. The Senior Materials Analyst is a key role within the Value Stream and IBP organization that maintains systems to ensure schedule accuracy and enable schedule stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day to day schedule processes including:
- Working daily/weekly/monthly planner reports
- Cumulative Report
- Zsched
- ZTBS
- Excess Reporting
- Dangling ConRels
- Managing all aspects of scheduling including
- Inventory management
- Internal customer support
- Schedule realignments
- TofAs
- SIM requests
- Router updates
- SS Requests
- Responsible to adhering to all planning parameter TPMs
- Safety Stock
- Leadtime
- Scrap
- Lot Size
- Acts as a back up for CFD planner as for vacation, sick and holiday coverage
- MD04: Display Stock/Requirements Situation
- MB51: Material Doc List
- ZMRPORD: MRP Order and Schedule Data
- ZPSM00: PSUM Dashboard
- MMBE: Stock Overview
- MB1B: Transfer Posting
- MD03: MRP Single Level Individual Planning
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of supply planning or other relevant experience OR advanced degree with 3 years of supply planning or other relevant experience
