Overview:
Position Summary:
Manages all contracts and proposals. Will oversee contract management processes, develop standards for bidding and submission, negotiate contracts, and manage contract documentation. The Senior Contract Administrator’s role requires close collaboration with leaders as well as several departments including legal, compliance, clinical operations, project management, account management, business operations and finance. Serve as primary organizational contact during contract negotiations. Engage relevant stakeholders in negotiation decisions involving legal or regulatory requirements, contract standards and cost targets. Develop and execute negotiation strategies that minimize potential losses and benefit CHLA’s financial performance. Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with business partners and internal clients about contractual issues.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience
6+ years of experience with healthcare information technology systems, procedures and principles. Experience in vendor management. Expertise in data management. Law firm or other professional legal experience preferred.
Education/Licensure/Certifications:
Master;s degree in healthcare administration, business or related field. Legal education or professional experience in Contract Law.
Pay Scale Information: USD $80,288.00 - USD $144,518.00

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
