Senior operations consultants work throughout Starbucks to identify opportunities and optimize performance in support of the Starbucks partners, customers, and business. They provide operations expertise and consultation on plans, projects and sustainment impacting retail operations. An example of cross functional teams that this role may support are Partner Relations, Talent Acquisition, Staffing and Scheduling Excellence and more. We are looking for 2 senior operations consultations managers.

As a Sr. OCM Partner Experience, you will…

• Demonstrate strong leadership skills while dealing with ambiguity
• Leverage your consultation skills while working with cross functional partners
• Lead multiple tracks of work, establish timelines and tactics, understand dependencies, provide recommendations, create tools and resources and support implementation of the work
• Support retail engagement and training strategy for a multi-year, dynamic program – working in the now, next and future

We’d love to hear from people with:

• Strong foundational skills including verbal and written communication skills
• Partners with experience of leading a portfolio of work or portfolio of stores
• Partners with experience of working with cross functional teams and influencing at varying levels of the organization
• Partners with experience in influencing without authority
• Starbucks district manager experience

The pay range for this position may be narrower than that displayed, depending on where the work is performed
