The Senior Representative, Experience Center (XC) Outbound Sales sells a higher volume of credit union products and services to new and existing members through outbound calls.
Job Duties:
- Engage member and prospective member that come in though our digital channel by phone and email to establish and deepen relationship though exceptional service
- Communicate with members to understand their financial goals and offer solutions to meet these goals; educate members as appropriate on products and services
- Identify the most relevant products and services to meet the financial needs of the member, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of all current credit union products and services
- Incorporate campaigns and lead outbound calling efforts through internal referral and lead sources
- Track all outbound call activities in CRM system and leverage CRM to create referrals to other business units (including Mortgage, Investments, Insurance) as appropriate
- Self source opportunities by building a sustainable book of business; create follow up for future relationship deepening opportunities; seek referrals from new and existing members
- Assist Manager with team initiatives and escalations
- Mentor Outbound XC Representatives on a day to day basis
Essential Skills:
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in successfully selling in a retail financial services branch or outbound call center, offering retail financial products such as deposit products, consumer loans, etc.
- Ability to uncover member’s immediate needs and anticipate future needs by offering solutions through outbound calling efforts
- Proven ability to meet and exceed individual sales goals
- Demonstrate excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
- Ability to work autonomously to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines
- Strong business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Location: Washington (REMOTE)
Target Compensation for Remote - WA: $27.40 - $31.00/hour + quarterly incentive
