Company: LeasePlan
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract covering the South of England.
Role Purpose
- To be responsible for the onboarding and rollout of SIMS in to the Leaseplan preferred network (both ISP and OEM)
- To ensure the Leaseplan preferred network is competent in using SIMS for maintenance authority requests
- To engage with relevant Leaseplan stakeholders to ensure the supplier has correct logins for SIMS
- Conduct garage audits where required
Role Specific
SIMS Training
- Align with training to formalise training material and delivery methods
- Plan training across supply network – volume overlaid with geographical location
- Deliver training material – online / physical
- Contact and deliver training to garages that are not on SIMS and receiving work (being manually approved by GT Motive)
- Work with larger ISP / OEM to deliver training
Support
- A point of contact for issue management
- Monitor adoption and usage
- Close collaboration with RMT Technical Control team to identify further training needs
- Deliver follow up training
Relationship management / feedback
- Once training complete contact dealer / user for feedback / improvements
- Start building relationships with preferred network and promote SIMS / Leaseplan
Feedback into project team
- Act as a feedback loop into the NGDA project team with user experience feedback
- Based on feedback, consolidate and identify any trends and form recommendations back to NGDA
- Feedback loop into SMR garage network manager for supplier performance or commercial negotiations / garage work capacities
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A-Level or above
- Negotiation Skills
- Mechanical Technical knowledge (desirable, not essential)
- Proven experience in Supplier Management
- System and supplier onboarding
- Relationship and performance management
- Able to travel
- Presentation skills – virtual and physical
- Training / selling skills to be able to promote SIMS, influence and overcome negativity
- Great people skills – able to build relationships to influence and support – engagement at all levels
- Energy and a positive outlook
- Automotive knowledge – advantage.
