Lead Developer Snowflake Architect

Responsibilities:

Design and implement data solutions using Snowflake cloud platform.
Lead developers and data engineers to create scalable, high-performance solutions while ensuring data integrity and security.
Collaborate with stakeholders to architect data solutions, create detailed models, and schema designs.
Utilize Snowpark for efficient code creation and custom user-defined functions.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and adherence to industry standards.
Develop and manage data integration workflows for ingestion, processing, and transformation.
Optimize Snowflake database performance, monitor systems, and troubleshoot issues.
Enforce data security measures, compliance, and data governance policies.
Collaborate across teams to understand data needs and deliver comprehensive solutions.
Work closely with cloud infrastructure teams to ensure optimal Snowflake environment configuration.
Stay updated on Snowflake and cloud tech advancements, propose improvements.

Qualifications:

Proven Snowflake Architect experience with hands-on data solution implementation.
Strong SQL, data modeling, and database design skills.
Understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration.
Leadership experience with developer and data engineer teams.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and Snowflake's cloud integration.
Proficient problem-solving and communication skills.
