Role Description As Dropbox s Social Impact Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving meaningful programs under our Social Impact & Sustainability Team s pillars of Dropbox for Good (DfG), the Dropbox Foundation, and Sustainability.
Your emphasis in particular will be on driving volunteer programs globally that maximize employee participation and engagement in our Virtual First environment.
You will work across Dropbox s global studios and neighborhoods in close collaboration with our small but high performing existing team.
You will help leverage the power of our people, product, and resources to make a difference in our communities.
Your work will be critical to strengthen and support skills-based volunteering programs and activities by working with cross-functional teams and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and employee interest groups (ie.
PlanetDBX) that support DfG and the Foundation s human rights initiatives.
You will also manage many nonprofit partnerships across the world.
The strength of your project management skills, community building, communications, and prior experience working with employee engagement programs and/or community initiatives, and your positive energy and passion for philanthropy will enable you to effectively advance Dropbox s social impact priorities.
You ll get substantial visibility within the company and with leaders across teams.

This role will report to our Director of Social Impact & Sustainability and will be based in San Francisco.
Responsibilities Manage and execute company-wide employee engagement projects and events, such as global days of service known as Impact Days and Dropbox for Good, which focuses on skills-based volunteering and donations
Prepare and coordinate internal and external communications to highlight social impact stories that generate interest and participation across audiences
Program management support for Dropbox Foundation s programs (grants administration efforts) and product donation program
Partner with internal cross-functional teams such as Dropbox ERGs and employee interest groups (PlanetDBX), Virtual First, Hack Week organizers, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Internal Communications, Neighborhoods, Talent Brand, and Emerging Talent teams on special social impact initiatives.
Coordinate Dropbox s disaster response program and manage social impact response
Manage tools to track and report employee donation and volunteerism metrics for various internal and external audiences Represent Dropbox/Dropbox Foundation at social impact and philanthropic conferences, meetings, and events Requirements 3+ years relevant work experience, ideally corporate social responsibility experience focused on employee engagement or community programs (volunteering experience can also be considered); undergraduate degree that touches on international development/political science/social sciences/economics/social impact Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal); comfortable presenting to large groups; comfortable engaging on communication platforms (eg.

Through our assessment process, we will identify your level that ties to compensation based on your experience and technical expertise along with the scope of the role.
For candidates hired in San Francisco metro, New York City metro, or Seattle metro, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently $95,000 - $111,800 - $128,600 if you are assessed at the IC2 level.
If you are instead assessed at the IC3 level, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently $113,100 - $133,000 - $153,000.
For candidates hired in the following locations: Austin (TX) metro, Chicago metro, California (outside SF metro), Colorado, Connecticut (outside NYC metro), Delaware, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York (outside NYC metro), Oregon, Pennsylvania (outside NYC or DC metro), Washington (outside Seattle metro) and Washington DC metro, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently $85,500 - $100,600 - $115,700 if you are assessed at the IC2 level.
If you are instead assessed at the IC3 level, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently $101,700 - $119,700 - $137,700.
For candidates hired in all other US locations, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is currently $76,000 - $89,400 - $102,800 if you are assessed at the IC2 level.
If you are instead assessed at the IC3 level, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently $90,400 - $106,400 - $122,400.
Range(s) is subject to change. Dropbox takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location/metropolitan area, skillset, and peer compensation.
Dropbox uses the zip code of an employee s remote work location to determine which metropolitan pay range we use.
Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox s total rewards package.
All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
