Role Overview
We're in search of a Social Media Coordinator who can effectively translate our brand's voice into a cohesive and engaging online experience. You will be responsible for crafting posts, monitoring analytics, and interacting with our online community. If you're keen on precision, quick to adapt, and eager to connect with audiences through authentic digital storytelling, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
On a day-to-day basis, you might find yourself doing all the following:
- Content Development: Consistently produce high-quality video and image content that resonates with our target audience. This is about understanding our brand and how to communicate it visually and textually. We want our audience to binge on our brand!
- Quick Community Responses: Keep your finger on the pulse and respond to comments, messages, and mentions within an hour. Your timely interaction will help maintain our brand's reputation for responsiveness.
- Boost Engagement: Aim for consistent engagement rates between 3%-8%. Create content that not only goes viral but competes with top-tier brands across multiple social media platforms.
- Multi-Channel Growth: Expand our brand's reach by growing our social media followers by at least 2% monthly and our lead database by a minimum of 3% monthly, leveraging multiple platforms to achieve these goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media coordination or community management, with a strong emphasis on content creation.
- Proven ability to create compelling written and visual content that resonates with an online audience. Portfolio or examples will be required.
- Solid understanding of social media analytics, with the ability to turn insights into content strategies.
- Exceptional organizational skills, adept at planning and executing a content calendar across multiple platforms.
- Strong communication skills, able to craft messages that engage and captivate the digital audience.
- Quick response times, especially in customer interactions, able to defuse issues or escalate them appropriately.
- Familiarity with content creation tools, from design software like Adobe Creative Suite to video editing apps.
