We are seeking an expert in Facebook group community building to join the global Fisker team. The Social Media Moderator will be responsible for maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere within our Facebook group, ensuring that all members adhere to group rules and guidelines. You will play a crucial role in fostering a sense of community, facilitating discussions, and addressing any customer service issues that may arise.
Candidates for this role must have exceptional written communication skills to maximize engagement in a frequently evolving landscape. They have both the creativity and practical skills to not only manage customer concerns but also be able to engage in brand-building dialogue with our audience. The right candidate will play a key role in supporting the marketing, communications, and customer service team’s mission of building and enhancing the Fisker brand globally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Enforce Group Rules: Monitor group activity to ensure that all members follow the established rules and guidelines.
- Take appropriate action to address violations, such as warning members or removing posts that breach the rules.
- Respond to Member Inquiries: Address account related or product questions, concerns, and requests from group members promptly and professionally. Provide helpful information and assistance as needed.
- Foster Engagement: Encourage and facilitate meaningful discussions within the group. Share relevant content, ask questions, and engage with members to keep the community active and vibrant.
- Content Management: Review and approve posts, comments, and membership requests. Remove spam, irrelevant content, or any posts that violate group policies.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media and community management.
Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience
- Strong understanding of Facebook and its features, including group management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey the brand's personality effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and scheduling, including weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Expected Salary Range: $18.00 – $31.50 Per hour
Additional compensation:
Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker’s equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
Benefits:
Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.
The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
