Our employees work full-time, and remotely in the Twin Cities/Minneapolis, MN suburbs (required), in a friendly and supportive environment.

About the role

Working from home in the Twin Cities/Minneapolis, MN suburbs (required), you will work collaboratively with internal teammates and clients to implement The Order Exchange’s EDI software.

The prime responsibility for this role is taking the time to listen to our customers to fully understand their needs and help resolve their queries in an efficient, professional, and timely manner escalating where necessary. You will need to apply initiative to ensure that any challenges and/or problems are efficiently resolved by using internal company resources.

This role requires experience working with software, project management, software documentation, software testing, client training, and strong verbal and written communication.

Daily tasks consist of:

• Balance the implementation needs and implementation schedules for many clients, ensuring a prompt, clear response to questions and concerns.
• Effectively organize and prioritize daily and long-term task lists in order to complete projects in a timely manner.
• Upload test files, analyze their outcome (QA), resolve issues, and communicate outcome to clients.
• Perform phone, email, and online user support.
• Conduct client user training sessions as required via online platforms, and train clients to utilize The Order Exchange’s software to best suit their business needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow‐up, responsiveness, and quality communication.
• Serve as a software subject matter expert to assist clients with implementation and software configuration activities.
• Actively search for solutions to problems.
• Document technical issues and their resolutions and share information across the team.
• Assist with data migration as required..

Requirements

• Based in the Twin Cities/Minneapolis, MN suburbs in the Twin Cities/Minneapolis, MN suburbs (required).
• A minimum of 12 months in a 'Customer Facing' role, in an account management, software testing or software implementation position.
• Can understand and can provide professional, friendly, and polite customer service through a number of channels.
• Interacting with a globally diverse group of customers and colleagues.
• Attention to detail.
• Proven 'Time Management' skills and ability to prioritize workload.
• Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong ability to learn things quickly, especially new software and technologies.
• EDI knowledge is preferred, but not a requirement.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

It would be an advantage to have these additional skills:

• Knowledge of vendor/trading partner order processing.
• Knowledge of Accounting Systems.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of EDI principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
