Position Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst. The candidate will be responsible for:

• Testing and analyzing software for quality and usability, principally for web-based custom content management platforms, under various form factors (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Communicating test results and usability analysis to project managers and developers in a clear and comprehensive manner.
• Analyzing and documenting the quality assurance process, and researching new tools and methodologies to improve it.
• Learning the architecture and function of our applications through documentation, research, and internal collaboration.
• Using and managing business process management software to improve company efficiency, as well as analyzing and researching other solutions.
• Assisting project managers with data entry and management of elements of our project management systems and knowledge base.
• Assigning and tracking internal project deliverables and action items.
• Providing support for project planning and business development efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
