Description
Summary: We are seeking highly motivated and experienced solar professionals to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for signing up pre-booked residential leads, and answering homeowners’ technical questions. Absolutely no cold calling in this role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with homeowners, excellent communication skills, tech savvy and a strong knowledge of the solar industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual consultations with potential customers to determine their solar & storage needs and provide solutions
- Meet sales targets of at least 20 sign ups a month
- Able to handle 8-12 pre-booked appointments per day
- Manage a full pipeline & CRM with our dedicated project managers
- Provide updates and reports to management
- Full time Monday - Friday

Pay: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
