The Role

At Workvivo, we’re continuing to rapidly expand our customer base and as a result we’re looking to grow our dynamic Solutions team to support our ambitious plans for years ahead. We are looking for a pro-active, enthusiastic Solutions Engineer Associate to help support our Solutions Team.

As a Solutions Engineer Associate, you will be responsible for highly customizing the “demo” environments presented to prospective customers in the Sales cycle. You will “build” the environments which involves no technical coding experience, though does require in-depth research into the prospects. You will gain an understanding of their business and people practices, capture their needs and requirements and use all of this research to simulate the Workvivo “experience” through a high quality demo environment, with the company’s overall Brand in mind, ensuring it reflects their values, tone of voice and industry type. You will be assisted with the creative element of customizing the environment, by our Creative Solutions Associates and Consultants, so no design skills are necessary.

This role will suit an ambitious person keen to pursue a career in Sales Engineering. The successful candidate will be closely mentored the Creative Solutions Team Lead and will develop the experience and skills necessary to pursue a variety of Pre-sales roles in a fast-growing Global SaaS company.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Working collaboratively with Solution Consultants and Account Executives to configure and customise Workvivo demo environments for prospect proposals and presentations
• Tailor the Workvivo environment so that it meets the prospect’s requirements
• Proactively research each potential customer to ensure the content is aligned with the prospect and accurately represents their culture & messaging
• Ensure a smooth and timely handover of the Workvivo environments to the Solution Consultants and Account
• Executives ahead of prospect presentations and meetings
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Workvivo product
• Assisting the wider Solutions and Sales Teams with other activities such as creating presentations and collateral to support the sales process
• Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Product Teams
• Commit to a personal development plan created jointly with a Solutions mentor

Requirements

• Bachelors degree – Our team is comprised of people from a wide range of academic backgrounds, so we are not limited in accepting applicants from any one particular field of study, as long as the role sounds aligned with your personal career plan and you are passionate about a role in solutions engineering
• Entry level role, but any experience in a professional setting is a bonus

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$58,200.00

Maximum:

$123,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
