About the Role:
Join our Global Sales Team as a Solutions Engineer, where you will work with our New Logo and Existing Client Sales Teams.
In this role, you will:
- Join the most exciting and significant Sales organization in the Talent Acquisition technology space.
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales to understand the client’s unique challenges and craft a solution that will drive positive results. That outcome should be a successful partnership between Symphony Talent and the client that generates revenue for our company and provides tangible results for the client.
- Present the best of what we can do while maintaining a realistic approach that sets the partnership up for long-term success.
Requirements:
The Solutions Engineer must quickly become knowledgeable of all our individual product and service offerings and how they can work together as an end-to-end solution, either immediately or over a phased approach. They will need to be able to do both live demonstrations of our platforms and presentations of our strategic approach in a consultative manner.
About you:
- 5+ years in in selling/demoing recruitment technology (preferred) or other SaaS services all the way up to C-Level audiences
- Engaging presentation skills with both virtual and live audience
- Experienced demo story flow building and execution
- Desire to be an advocate internally and externally providing feedback to product teams on market needs
- RFP response expertise
- Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets/Slides and Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of recruitment technology marketplace
- Capacity to learn new products and solutions
- Solutions selling experience
- Collaborative style and ability to take new products to market
