The Role
As a Sourcer at Moxion you’ll be responsible for researching creative sourcing techniques relevant to our industry and utilizing those tools to find the best talent for both technical and non-technical roles. You’ll have the opportunity to work with an established team and collaborate on the best sourcing strategies. You’ll present data to hiring managers to get buy in and manage expectations.
The Role
- Source and nurture a diverse pipeline of technical and non-technical talent
- Source on both technical (Engineering, IT, Etc.) and non-technical (Sales, Legal, HR etc.) roles on an as needed basis.
- Develop robust talent maps and recruiting strategies to build diverse teams
- Help hiring managers finalize job descriptions for newly created positions and work with Recruiters and TA Manager to
- level appropriately before beginning a search.
- Extensive online research of candidates and potential clients utilizing various platforms including but not limited to
- LinkedIn, news sites, social media, job boards, developer sites
- Use Boolean searches to identify candidates
- Draft and send candidate reach out campaigns for specific job opportunities via email, Gem and LinkedIn
Work closely with recruiters and leadership to understand job requirements, and develop creative sourcing plans - Work with recruiters to schedule screens and interviews for candidates and hiring managers Using Google Calendar, Zoom, and calendly
- Develop new ideas to enable connection for our talent within the industry
Skills to be successful:
- Tech savvy with strong research skills, to work with online recruiting tools and deep sourcing techniques
- Interest and passion for developing a talent community
- Prior direct recruiting experience required
- Must have prior experience working in Linkedin Recruiter
- Demonstrated excellence sourcing relevant functional talent, using current sourcing tools, with an emphasis on attracting passive candidates.
- Proven success as a Sourcer with a high sourced-to-onsite ratio
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion with extensive knowledge on how to attract diverse talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take feedback and build strong productive relationships.

Pay Equity
Moxion is committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for substantially similar work. Compensation displayed is a range. Maximum amounts are reserved for those candidates that exceed all experience and background requirements. We reserve the right to offer compensation based on level of experience. Moxion has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay within the San Francisco Bay area. If you live outside that region, the range is subject to change.
Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within the range provided above. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
