ektello is partnering with a large insurance company to find a talented Business Analyst. This is a W2 contract that includes PTO and paid holidays and offer medical/401k benefit options.$40-$45/hour on W2 basis.

• 100% Remote (prefers CST or EST time zone)
• Contract Length: 6-12 months
• Travel will be less than 10%.

Role:

• Liaising closely the business and project management teams
• Understands and documents business requirements.
• Conduct business analysis on insurance process e.g., volumes, AHTs, costs,
• Ability to build complex models - current state and future state.
• Prepare insights from modelling and makes recommendations.
• Work with the business and project management on documentation and use cases

Requirements:

• Able to work in an Agile project structure
• Comfortable with insurance applications
• Quickly able to understand systems, technology and processes
• Analytical mindset with ability to bring together vast amounts and differing data/data sets into cohort and insightful models
• Analysis skills with a good attention to details to produce KPIs and metrics
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Raises questions with business SME's and project management
• Questioning, fact finding, discussion with SME's and regular playbacks with Business SME's
