Description
The Role of a RWD Sr. Client Services Analyst:
Creates, maintains, validates, and delivers RWD (Pharmetrics +, AEMR) deliverables, as well as provides guidance and support to clients daily. The Sr. CSA is also critically involved in market definition maintenance and set up for said clients. This specific role will be assisting in implementing the analyst function to the Real World Data team.
Sr. CSAs are responsible to:
- Manage the RWD deliverable process, including processing of insights on IQVIA tools.
- Ensure contract fulfillment to specifications of basic and routine reports for defined customers.
- Review client data requirements with the appropriate internal resource to ensure that deliverables meet the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality.
- Follow IQVIA data verification protocols. Monitors transmission of delivery and notifies client when complete (Deliverables are terabytes of data so transmission can be complex).
- Assist with Data Investigation submission process, including providing findings to client where appropriate.
- Research, analyze, and respond to client inquiries that may be very complex and non-routine in nature.
- Provide support in client engagement meetings virtually or at customer sites.
- May produce ad-hoc reports using internal tools on demand.
- Conducts product/services and process training for clients and other employees.
- Handle more complex clients and issues when compared to a less senior analyst.
- Responsible for managing the deliverable release process.
- Other duties as assigned.
