What Will Be Your Purpose
The Senior Manager role is accountable for achieving results, in terms of constant process improvement and customer/stakeholder satisfaction, through the application of Lean principles and demonstration of solid leadership principles.
This position will be responsible for the End-to-End sales setup process; particularly as it pertains to the sales Operations area. They will coach and develop leaders and team members reporting to this role as well as the implementation and support for a culture of change, improvement, and excellence. Additionally, the role will be responsible for assisting in setting the plan for the future and taking steps to execute on the organizational vision.
What Will You Be Doing
- Lead the operational teams in the execution of assigned duties including managing the sales process from renewal letters and notice of sale to enrollment; tracking and managing the work going through the process; managing sales team and downstream partner priorities to optimize the movement of inventory through the process.
- Lead performance management, development, and the culture of the leaders and teams reporting to the position. This would include the following:
- Personal development
- Career goal identification and path
- Implementation of the three pillars (Inspire, Educate, Elevate)
- Development of leaders and proper transitioning of people from individual contributors to leaders (when applicable)
- Support and prioritize work clearly for their teams.
- Driving a culture of openness, being accessible to all employees reporting up, and modeling true leadership attributes to all staff they encounter.
- Continuing to develop themselves as leaders and with improving business acumen.
- Managing relationships, both internally and externally, to improve business outcomes and communicate clearly and effectively. Along with their teams, this will include:
- Stakeholders, internal partners, and senior leaders internally
- External business partners (e.g., agencies and their staffs)
- Develop, prioritize, and implement the strategic vision for their area; influence and assist in the development of the strategic vision for the organization; set policies and procedures for their team(s); and manage creativity and innovation. (20%)
What You Must Have
- 6+ years related work experience with operational work and process improvement.
- 3+ years direct supervisory/management experience
- Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of Large Group enrollment process
- Experience developing and executing strategies, business plans, and tactical plans.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with data analysis
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across an organization.
- An intimate understanding of the Lean methodology

- Process Improvement developing and implementing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- People leader with experience managing a team of 40+ employees and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Proven experience driving change and leading projects to success.
- Managing 40+employees through operations and/or matrix management as required, ensuring under performance is managed and adequate resourcing is planned to meet objectives.
General Physical Demands
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects.
- Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.
- Must be able to travel occasionally to multiple locations for work (i.e., travel to attend meetings, events, conferences).

Salary
To support your financial wellbeing, we offer competitive pay as well as opportunities for incentive or commission compensation. We also conduct regular annual reviews with pay for performance considerations for base pay increases.
- Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $85,900 - $107,400
- Annualized Salary Range: $85,900 - $139,600
- Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
